Oil Change FAQ
Is the $39.99 oil change really full synthetic?
Yes. Full synthetic, new filter, and the written inspection. $85 covers most four-cylinder cars, up to five quarts. Six- and eight-cylinder engines and trucks take more oil and are quoted up front, still under what the chains charge.
What's the $39.99 oil change?
An add-on. Book any job over $200, brakes, suspension, an alignment, a diagnosis and repair, and KC does the synthetic oil change at the same visit for $39.99 instead of $85. One trip, one lift, and the inspection comes with it.
How often should I change synthetic oil?
Most cars on full synthetic are fine every 5,000 to 7,500 miles or six months. KC sets the reminder sticker to your car's real interval, not a blanket 3,000 miles.
Do I need an appointment?
Yes, but it's a text away. KC runs by appointment so nobody waits behind three other cars. Most days he can fit an oil change in same or next day.
What if you find something?
You get it in writing with a price. If it's urgent, like a brake pad at the wear line, he'll say so. If it can wait, he'll say that too, and you decide when.
